Guidance, Coaching and Trauma Therapy online and in person
I offer guidance, coaching, therapy, and hypnosis for individuals who are seeking support with change, processing ongoing stress or emotional strain, and strengthening their ability to cope and function in everyday life.
Sessions are available online for international clients, including the UK, Australia, the US, and other countries.
Support during life challenges, stress, and trauma
I work with people who are experiencing life crises, prolonged stress, burnout, emotional overload, trauma, or long-standing patterns that feel difficult to change. Many of my clients are seeking greater stability, clarity, and direction, either in their personal life, work life, or both.
Some come with a clearly defined issue they want to address. Others experience a more general sense of pressure, exhaustion, or feeling stuck. In both cases, we begin with what is present and work in a structured and supportive way toward improved functioning and balance.
A structured and trauma-informed approach
In my practice, I combine modern therapeutic methods with structured guidance and coaching. This allows us to work both with insight and reflection, as well as emotional regulation and underlying reaction patterns that may be shaped by stress or past experiences.
Rather than focusing only on talking about difficulties, the work also addresses how stress and trauma are held in the nervous system. The goal is to support greater capacity, resilience, and long-term change — not just short-term relief.
Methods and approaches
Depending on your situation and needs, I may draw on a combination of the following approaches:
- Guidance and coaching related to life crises, work-related stress, and important life decisions
- Trauma-informed therapy
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Brainspotting
- Hypnosis
- NLP-based tools for awareness and change
- Emotional processing and trauma-focused work
- Stress management and nervous-system regulation
- Talk therapy with a focus on coping, structure, and daily functioning
- Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance (when relevant)
Methods are always adapted to the individual. There is no fixed programme or expectation that one approach fits everyone.
Focus on function, stability, and sustainable change
For me, health is not only about the absence of symptoms. It is about strengthening the ability to function in everyday life, manage stress and emotional load, and feel more secure and grounded in oneself — both mentally and emotionally.
The work is collaborative and paced according to your capacity. We focus on building stability and clarity before moving into deeper processing when appropriate.
Individualised support
Each course of work is tailored to the individual’s situation, goals, and resources. Some clients seek short-term support during a demanding period. Others engage in longer-term work to address deeper or recurring patterns.
My role is to meet you where you are and support a structured process toward increased clarity, emotional regulation, and direction.
Long-term perspective
This approach aims to support improved coping skills, greater self-understanding, and more sustainable change over time. The focus is not on “fixing” you, but on strengthening your capacity to meet life with greater stability, awareness, and agency.

Hi, and thank you for being here.
If you’ve landed on this page, there’s a good chance you’re looking for support, clarity, or help navigating a challenging period in your life. I’m glad you found your way here.
About my work
My name is Ada, and I work with individuals who are experiencing stress, emotional strain, trauma, or life transitions, and who want support in creating greater stability, clarity, and direction.
I offer therapy and coaching grounded in a trauma-informed and structured approach. My work focuses on helping people understand and regulate emotional patterns, process overwhelming experiences, and strengthen their ability to function and cope in everyday life.
Rather than offering quick fixes, I support sustainable change by working with both insight and underlying nervous-system responses.
My approach
I combine therapeutic methods with structured guidance and coaching, adapting each process to the individual’s needs, goals, and pace. Sessions are collaborative, respectful, and focused on building safety and trust.
My background includes training in trauma-informed approaches, EMDR, Brainspotting, hypnosis, and coaching-based methods. Mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle body-based practices may be included when relevant, but always in service of emotional regulation and practical integration.
