Some clients come to me knowing exactly what they want to heal. Others come with a feeling—something isn’t right, but they can’t explain it. In both cases, I meet you where you are and guide you from there.

For clients open to it, I may incorporate plant medicine as a tool to uncover deep-seated trauma. From there, we use techniques like EMDR and Brainspotting to safely process and release it. We then work to restore balance using tools like meditation, breathwork, yoga, energy healing, and nutritional support.

This multi-layered approach helps create lasting transformation, not just short-term relief.
