Guidance & Coaching
Guidance and coaching are for individuals who find themselves in a challenging life situation, experiencing stress, feeling stuck in recurring patterns, or facing important decisions. This may relate to work, relationships, life transitions, prolonged emotional strain, or a need for greater clarity and direction.
In our sessions, we work in a structured, supportive, and goal-focused way with what matters most to you in the present moment. The process is designed to strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and support you in making choices that are more aligned with your values, needs, and long-term wellbeing.
Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by thoughts, emotions, or situations that seem difficult to move through on their own. Guidance and coaching offer a space to slow things down, gain perspective, and develop new ways of responding to challenges. The focus is not only on understanding what feels difficult, but on creating practical and sustainable changes that improve everyday functioning, resilience, and emotional stability.

I offer guidance and coaching sessions online for clients in the UK, the United States, Canada, and Australia, as well as in person in Oslo. All sessions are individually tailored and grounded in safety, clarity, and a focus on sustainable, long-term change.
