Welcome to the Women's Wellness Program – a transformative journey designed to empower women to achieve holistic wellness and balance in their lives.
This comprehensive 3-month program offers a holistic approach to wellness, addressing the mind, body, energy and spirit.

My program is specifically tailored to support women in managing stress, anxiety, and other challenges commonly faced in today's fast-paced world.
Through a combination of yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices, and breathwork techniques, participants will learn effective tools for stress release and relaxation.

One of the key components of my program is personalized ayurvedic guidance. Each participant will receive individualized support to identify their unique dosha (mind-body type) and learn how to incorporate ayurvedic principles into their daily lives. By understanding their personal constitution, participants can make informed choices that support their overall well-being.

In addition to these practices, our program includes weekly meetings that serve as an online women's circle. This sacred space provides an opportunity for participants to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, and receive support and guidance. During these meetings, participants will have the chance to ask questions, explore topics related to wellness, and engage in meaningful discussions.

As part of our holistic approach, we may also incorporate tarot card readings to provide insights and guidance on personal and spiritual matters. These readings offer a unique opportunity for self-reflection and empowerment, allowing participants to gain clarity and perspective on their life's journey.
