During a Brainspotting session, I guide my client in identifying and focusing on your brainspots, which are areas of the visual field that correlate with the activation of emotional and traumatic experiences. By maintaining sustained eye contact with the brainspot, you are able to access and process these experiences, leading to profound healing and resolution.
